MEMBERSHIP
Annual
dues are
$15.00 for North
America, $25.00 elsewhere in the world. Dues include a subscription to
the journal and are due in December. Members joining in mid-year pay
full dues but receive back issues for that year. Send dues and
completed application to Fred Klein, secretary-treasurer.
